To some, the curries stand out the most, adding distinct flavor without being overwhelming. In addition to seasonal menus, Indu features specialties from a different gastronomic region of India each month.
Cinco de Mayo Restaurant & Bar: Mexico, Cinco de Mayo (May 5) is a day to celebrate freedom and liberty. Starters including Goat’s Cheese Salad, Hummus and Muhammara, and Lamb’s Tongue Salad are too tempting to pass up, especially for those with a healthy appetite. Raw lamb dishes are favorites on the entrée list, but the house specialty is the Sea Bass with Oil and Lemon. A traditional dessert such as Osmalyieh or Halawet El Jiben provides the crowning touch.
