Projects in the Pipeline

Project will be started mid of May 2022 and will be completed Mid of September 2022.

• Main façade rehabilitation project is completed.
• Outdoor pool lockers area renovation project started end of April and will be completed by end of June 2022.

•  First phase which includes skeleton works + Pool enlargement works + exterior works will be completed in June 2022.

•  Second Phase which includes finishing & E/M works will be completed by end of 2023

   

Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company a subsidiary of Zara Investment Holding is in the development design stage of an eco-lodge and spa in Himmeh area, one of Jordan’s most important thermal springs. 
This development is to serve as a prototype for future similar development in other areas of Jordan.
